If your users meet some problems when they use the Friend List of your 123 Web Messenger, they can click the Help button to get help. For Help Settings, it is used to set the url for where to go when someone clicks the Help button, looking at the following picture.

First, select the "Show help button", then enter the url into the textbox below the line "Help URL". At last, please click the Submit button to finish the process.
