In Message Settings, what you can do here? Looking at the following picture, then you may know it.

If you select "Enable segment message" checkbox and click the Submit button, several messages will conbine together with one username and a colon before they are replied, as the following picture shows.

Note: In fact, there are three text messages in the green pane in the above picture.
